It's an overseas release, but I love the idea.  Hybrid cover on a Misfit.

I love the color but for some reason do not want a hybrid. Yes hybrids are great, but for a low end ball I would like to see a pearl be released. But thats just my opinion.

That website lists the Violet/White Misfit as a pearl.  Where does it say hybrid?  Not that it matters if it isn't available here.  Just curious.

Go to bowl.com and under the approved ball list it is on there as misfit hybrid. If you can get your hands on one you can use it in competition as long as it is not PBA.

Looks good. Email DV8 to find out for sure what the cover is don't just go off of bowl.com

Also I believe for PBA regionals at least you can submit a letter for any overseas ball that is manufactured by PBA approved companies to get approved for competition use at PBA events. Since most are U.S. released core and cover mixes or future U.S. cover or core releases.
…… you can't  add a physics term to a bowling term and expect it to mean something.
