The New Vendetta Particle is One Powerful Ball!

Our test ball arrived today from Phil Cardinale and the good folks at Dynothane and it was straight to the drill press to get this one on the lanes!

The New Vendetta Particle is actually a "Blended" Particle and Reactive coverstock. This provides this ball with the ablity to have great traction and still retain good energy for a strong hook and great hitting power.

We drilled our test ball "Label Leverage" with the pin at 2:00 and no balance hole was needed. We went straight to a pair of freshly oiled lanes and found right away that this ball to had NO Problem getting out and back to the pocket!

We were able to cover 20 or more boards and this ball still could make it back to the pocket and destroy the pins! With our "Tweener" release we thought that we had just found a tool to show-up even the strongest crankers!

After two complete games this ball showed signs of energy bleed so with a quick trip to the ball spinner and some help from "Black Magic" ball polish, we were able to get this ball back in play with even stronger Hit and Carry!

My Staff and I were very impressed with the the strong amount of "Laterial" hook that this "Blended" Particle ball provided. For a Particle ball, this one stayed in play four more complete games with no signs of stopping!

We only had to make small moves with our feet and target to keep this one in play! The hit and carry was tremedous! We had the confidence to trust this ball and watch it come back strong!  I will state that this ball IS NOT, a "Skid/Snap" ball. But provides more of a Strong sweeping hook!

More than enough ball for just about any bowlers style! Those of you who have stronger releases remember to keep the drilling pattern simple. Those of you who want to experience the "Full Power" of this New Dynothane ball, go ahead and leverage it up!

Keep in mind that coverstock adjustment it the most important factor here to enjoy this one! The cover is Very Friendly! and will provide you with a large range of adjustment to fine tune your balls reaction to the condition that you bowl on the most! This new Vendetta Particle will be a great first ball out of your bag to get a good read on the lanes.

This New Vendetta Particle will find a place in just about any bowlers bag!

We Highly recommend this ball to all bowlers!

It is the Vendetta Particle.  There is no Vendetta Pearl.

the vendetta particle ball just rolls sooner then an element. i think the element still hits harder. from what i've seen the element hooks about 4 boards more. and if you polish the element it has a killer back end

The pearl Vendetta was released in Mid-July. It is completely pearl and will replace the Red/Black. It is quite a bit more angular through the pins than the original, which I believe is better. i have had good success with mine as the lanes dry out.
I AM HOPING THAT THEY PUT OUR BALL UP ON THE LATEST RELEASES SINCE IT HAS BEEN OUT FOR 4 WEEKS NOW.

Seems to be some confusion here as there is a blue particle peal and a new blue pearl. The new pearl is strong for an all pearl ball. I would say this ball is stronger than the original red/black vendetta. I haven't had a chance to use mine on anything but a house shot. I have unlimited room right, the ball always gets back. Of course missing left into the puddle is trouble for the pearl cover. I think the pearl will be great for PBA patterns E and A. And for me being a straighter player, I am always fighting dry fronts and carry down from the boomers. This ball might be the answer. If you are looking to build a bag for tournaments give this ball a look.

I have to say ..I have had this baby since it was first released. I used it on a few pba patterns and then put it away.. I decided to take it out and see how it would match up with my Energy..
I must say it fits in real nice. Out with my crisis and i with the pearl...I can actually use the Energy to set the line and if a change is needed the pearl fits in without any adjustments....Fire Away!!

This ball does not act like a pearl ball, goes long but could go longer, It has a big, but not flippy backend. Ball snaps and hits extremely hard, I use it when lanes are too dry for my thing lives, you can even start out with this ball on league night. This ball just destroys pins on a short oil pattern.

You need to get the Vertigo..Awesome ball DynoDaddy!!!  At least it holds up the guys in City!!!  Okay, the black Vendetta is better, but will see which one gives me the 8.

16lb. - Pin out 4 inches - 3.5 oz. top weight

Pin 5 1/2 inches from axis
CG 5 1/2 inches from axis

Pin above bridge, cg in palm (90 degree label)

The look downlane of this ball is what people want to see:  late midlane revs and strong hook.  I can't put this one in the realm of skid/flip either, but it definitely ignores the heads and saves alot of energy.  If you need something to clear drier heads and recover when playing inside, you have to look into this one.  This ball compliments the Black Vendetta even better than the original Vendetta did.

I've used this ball on wood & synthetics, and it is great on both.  For wood it is good because it is so easy through the fronts, and its good for synthetics because of its recovery downlane.  Drill it any way you want and it will roll good-thats just the way the Vendetta balls are.  Easy through the fronts, great midlane recovery, awesome hit and mix.  GET ONE!

Lane Conditions
THS-1:  Synthetic, 40’ Med-Heavy oil, 10:10 Crown 8-10 unit base, strong backends.
THS-2:  Synthetic, 40’ Med-Light oil, 10:10 Crown 5-unit base.  Open play worn track between 5 and 10, strong backends.
THS-3:  Synthetic, 38’ Med-Heavy oil, 10:10 Crown, 5 OB, moderate backends.
TNY-1:  Synthetic, 40’ Heavy oil, 5:5 Crown, strong backends

Layout
Stacked 4” up 2-1/4 from Midline w/XH – 1/8 S / 1/8 F
This layout is designed to get a rip of the spot reaction, but not a lot of continuation. The flip from the pin high, the length of a pin under, but with medium continuation all wrapped in a pearl shell.

Review
My first attempt to play the track at 35’ via 15 board with my normal 50 degree axis rotation (AR) on the THS-2 caused the VP to read the midlane a bit early and come in high pocket.  I moved inside the track to the 20 board and adjusted my AR to approximately 40 degrees while playing the breakpoint on the 12 board at 40’.  That’s when the VP became extremely effective when it hit the pocket.  It never over-reacted and slammed the pocket while keeping the pins low for optimum deflection.  What a beautiful thing!  I effortlessly popped off a 279 game while delivering every shot into the pocket and leaving only a ten pin in the first frame of the tenth.  I could only blame myself for that one!

THS-3 is my league shot and it’s no challenge for this ball.  I could play all 4 games with this shell and layout just by controlling the speed and adjusting accordingly.  I stood on 25 targeting 8 @ 38’ with medium tweener speed and shot 720 for the first 3 games (got bored and wanted to try a different ball the last game).

During the TNY-1 finals and since it’s a good track player, I attempted to play the track at 35’ at the 8 board via 12 board at the arrows to set up early but it couldn’t handle the carrydown for it to give a good pop in the pocket.  Best to keep this ball on the medium conditions as it was intended.
