The High Energy has a Soaker coverstock. It is a solid/pearl combination.
Soaker means it is very slow to have oil absorption affect its performance. Many people get 200 - 250 games or more before they need to do an oil extraction. It usually need 20 games or so when you change or modify the surface before you see its full potential.
