Not sure if "Joe Bowler" can ever get a ball directly from any bowling manufacturer unless it's the Visionary test plan or on a warranty claim.

BUT
they can certainly point to your pro shop to the right distributor.

what I meant was they can usually tell you where they can be purchased in your area,..where do you live,..?
