SUPPORT FROM D/T
« on: September 07, 2006, 07:57:46 AM »
In the short time I have been associated with D/T it never ceases to amaze me how the "brass" takes care of its customers whether it be a staffer, pro shop, or a first time buyer. Without going into details regarding my personal dealing with the "guys", they have gone beyond the call of duty to help an individual on a quest to make it in the regional arena. I made a simple phone call this morning to HQ, requesting certain data, recieved my answer and then asked for a minute of time regarding another issue, not asking for gifts or handouts but for a way to help a struggling regional guy out with equipment issues, without hesitation an answer was given and a solution was given. It makes me very profoundly proud to help represent this company through my small pro shop.

Phil, I salute you for hiring Billy as your #2, I can clearly see why you chose him.

Billy, I can not begin to thank you for your help, you should have heard the voice on the other end of the line when he was told this morning, thank you again for caring and sharing.......sb

That statment and the actions you have shown on here have convinced me to just go to another company newguy and I will certainly sell many other companies instead of referring to your company. You would be shocked at the number of private messages I have received from others in the bowling community that are unhappy with your customer service or lack thereof!!! Thank you because you made my decision that much easier!!

It totally amazes me how the bashing is only allowed to go in one direction. We have loyal customers and they are true supporters and we all work together. Those that are not in for the long haul go to other companies and than complain about them as well. History does repeat itself Our poducts and service speaks for itself. I've said all that is necessary about this issue, we are aware of the problem and are addressing it. I'm simply stunned by how many posters on this site are infallable. Their email address should be 1 Vatacan Plaza.

Yes, you show the attitude of an executive that does not desire to grow. That is fine. Uou know nothing of me and that is not by accident after the last problem I had with your company. I am very loyal to companies that are courteous and professional and do not attempt tp bash their customers, but resolve issues. Several execs and representatives with other companies are just a phone call or email away when I need them. You sgould look, listen, and learn from them!!!

46 posts from 2 threads and all just to tell us how bad we are.I can speak for several posters on this forum and say we will miss you. We said about 27 posts ago that we had some issues to resolve from the move and would look into it, we also asked that you simply call in and even posted the number and offered to help. just short of the first male born what else can we do. I'll block you so I do not have to listen to the continuous blab.

haha...you are funny Meat. All you have to do is look in my profile to see just the volume I do on here, much less from others like Joe, Doug, Chris and other pro shop operators. Yea, newguy posts a number to call but continues to bash the customers he says to call. Wow, that's impressive. I will gve you this, you're correct about the fact that will not lose ball sales because Lane 1 products are far superior to the Dynothane balls in my opinion. Now, with COlumbia pouring the covers, we shall see, but from past to current, this was my belief. So yes, they only lose shoes sales. Big deal right? Good. I see the kind of attitude that made Dynothane the BIGGEST company out there huh? Continue buying Dynothane balls, good for you, I've had alot of them and wasn't impressed. I just know where my money won't go and alot of bowler's will not venture that way due to the attitude shown by "the top guy" here in these forums. Word of mouth goes far and I bowl in alot of states and centers so where I go, this story will go. otherguy was very professional and courteous in his replies in these forums. It's a shame he workd for Phil and not Phil for Billy.
