I just got my zr40 drilled up this morning. I am a low tracker and my pap is 4 over. I asked jimensminger for a layout suggestion for my game and he suggested a 4-1/2 x 3-1/2 with pin under my middle finger. That also put the cg near my thumb. I went out to the lanes after drilling this morning and tossed it a few games. All I can say is WOW!! It does exactly what I asked him for. It is a little stonger than I thought, but not in a bad way. I was playing on a fresh league shot I think 38ft. medium with some dry outside. I started out piping it up the 2nd arrow about 19mph. It was working good for the first 6 frames and then I started going thru the face. I tried a whole new line to see what it would do. I started standing on 20 and playing 16-17(arrows) out to 4-5(breakpoint) and it comes back arcing HARD! Beautiful reaction! I didnt want to much of a sharp break more of a hard arc and thats exactly what I got. I was more excited about this ball than my new Big One. I got them both drilled this morning but could'nt put the zr down but for a couple games with the B.O. I am really excited about this ball and can't wait to throw it more!

Well in that case, let me chime in and say thanks Jum for your suggestion on wet abralon pads exclusively for resurfacing... I have never been able to read my reactions more true than I can now. It was a huge success for me at the Air Force Championships in January bowling on 34, 38, and 42 foot sport patterns where correctly reading the lane and picking the right ball are a premium!
