ABS accessories??
« on: September 13, 2004, 03:42:35 PM »
Where is the cheapest place online to buy the adjuster heels? I'm talking about the ones that have the leather peice attached to the heel and they come with like 3 others.

I've never heard of these before. Anyone have any info or a site I can go to to check them out?

Thanks guys! I had already found them at both these places but could'nt find them anywhere else. Several people at my local center use these and say they are the best and I will never go back to the other interchangable heels. A couple of them said they bought them online for about $13-$15 shipped. Like I said...buddies and index are the only two sellers I could find and buddies is the cheapest at $20 plus shipping. Oh well, I will probally try them from buddies since I live on east coast.

I bowl on tacky wood and synthetic approaches with humidity and was only sticking in the same place as the pads would cover... almost wore out a metal brush to make the solid heels work so-so. Feels to me the heels are a little higher than in my Dexter SST 5s but I don't have them anymore to compare (if you could, put them side-by-side to really know for sure). I tried the adjust-a-heels and they are awesome... instant results. Your joints will thank you no matter the price.
