Cant seem to contact billy

Every time i call dynothane I get his voice recording. I also cant seem to get a hold of him though e-mail on a relatively important matter. Any one have any suggestions

durring the week with the PBA qualifing he can only answer e-mails and return calls after all bowling has been completed. The last e-mail I got from him answering one of my questions had a date stamp of 1:35am. If your question is that important call D/T use the customer service option and ask to speak to either Phil, or Dale in customer service give him the info and ask him to contact one or the other to return your call.

Hope you get what you need quicker than I have .  2 weeks and counting for my replacement ball, I haven't even heard a peep from them. I don't know if they agree with me, disagree, or are sending me a ball or not... I know I'm not terribly happy.  HOPING it got shipped Monday and maybe I will get it before league tomorrow... HOPING

I feel your pain, had the same problem took two weeks to get mine replacement I never knew if anyone got my message or anything until they showed up at work. Things seem to be coming apart at the seams.

Call Columbia 300..ask for Chip Zelke.  He took care of my Dynorooz issue for me.  Billy is on the road so much now, it is very difficult for him to take care of us the way we are used to.

Calling Chip may not be the answer. Best to either email him or leave a voice message. Call Custormer service if you need the email. His on the road form Wed to Sunday, but check emails and voice mails as well as this sight.
