I ordered a Dyno-thane 3 ball roller off them on the 5th of april, i waited all day for it to come while i was at work, it came i open it up to find a roto Grip bag. i Check my E-mail to see if i have mis placed my order, nope i was right so i call, in a matter of minutes it was fixed I really like to see this kind of care for the costomer. My dynothane bag is on its way.

well i ordered a dynothane bag frist but i gota roto grip. so now they are fixing it

Seems buddies make these kind of mistakes all the time. Yes...it is great for them to fix the problem, but if they were that great they would get the order right the first time. I understand this kind of thing happens sometimes, but seems quite a few people here have received wrong specs or equipment. I know they probally get alot of orders everyday, but try to slow down and get it right the first time. JMO.
