I contacted Dynothane about a warranty issue and spoke to Billy. He was very helpful and told me what I needed to do to resolve the matter. A couple hours later he sent me a email and told me it would be taken care of. You can't beat that with a stick! A couple hours and the problem is resolved. This is how you keep customers coming back. Thanks again Billy!

Now Jim, don't be to hard on Billy, he might still be trying to get out of the box Kendra put him in, after all they're probablly still moving and unpacking....

yeah, but my GPS told me where you "guys" were. Billy has one embedded in the heel of his shoe, he just doesn't know it.

I had problems with a ball awhile back.
Just couldn't seem to get a good reaction out of it.
So I got in contact with Billy and we tried a few things and still couldn't get a desireable ball reaction.
Billy sent me a new ball to replace it.
Went with a totally different layout and now its the 1st ball out of my bag.
Now I just need to find a way to get on their amateur staff!!!!!!
