Question on Vendetta Particle Pearl

This ball has about 120 games on it and of late
the carry has really dropped off. Would this ball need
refinished, and if so what is involved. The track does not
look that bad and the hook is still there, the carry is just
not like it used to be.    Thanks for any help!

Bucket method of cleaning first, resuface if that doesn't do anything.
