Hello, I own and love my pair of S-2001 Tour shoes.  However, I am in need of finding the following soles:

1.  Nu-Buck #5
2.  Dear Skin #4
3.  Chrome Leather #3

I have been using either a #6 or a #3.  I have not been able to find the #4 & 5 sole.

Please help as I really need to get a replacement.
