Title: HIGH ENERGY VS. ENERGY
Post by: lion95 on July 12, 2005, 03:13:45 AM
I have the Energy and it is drilled pin below ring finger and cg kicked out with a weight hole on PAP. The Energy is the first ball out of my bag and I really like the balls reaction on Medium oiled lanes, It does have a problem with carrydown. I was wondering If I purchased the High Energy and get it drilled the same way, will this take care of the carrydown and give me the same backend reaction that the Energy does on the backend?

I have both a energy and a HE and i would not recommend getting the HE for carrydown mostly becuase the HE makes its turn more in the midlane so when the ball reaches the oil it skids out. I throw my energy on carrydown and love it becuase it has such strong backend.

I agree... the Energy has more built in recovery if you can go around the carrydown.

Take your HE and apply a light compound finish. I have found that the energy is actuially my finish ball and my HE is the starter. Lately the HE has been the bench mark ball and quickly has replaced my Black as a all time favorite.. Something I thought would never be done.

Then again....My pure energy is quickly moving up the ranks
