same as before, Phil and Billy, both just have additional duties. Billy will still be the go to person in terms of Customer Service issues. No changes both just wearing larger hats. Regardless of what you have heard or what you my hear, or rumors that my come true it will be as before, that is what I have been told by one who knows.

Actually, Steve's not telling you the whole truth. In a stunning announcement, San Antonio's favorite son, George Gervin, will assist Phil and Billy with all duties effective October 13, 2006. Dawn was replaced by Eva Longoria, current mate of Spurs guard, Tony Parker. Longoria was the hottest replacement, without being any more good looking, than her predecessor. D/T will keep it's name and current line of equipment with new 3/4 top and high top D/T ultra performance bowling shoes coming in the spring. Pre-orders will be taken, exclusively, via Steve's pro-shop as he will be assisting both Gervin and, moreso, Longoria in the, always painful, corporate changeovers.

and why, just why is gervin a great addition to the staff, because of what he
brings to the table. and what is that you might ask, why it's finger roll
of course, not forward roll ha ha. and we all know that finger roll is key to
success in bowling ha ha. also now that george is on the staff look forward
shortly to the new dyno relase , the tootsie roll ball, which if u have
a bad night with it can be consumed and will be replaced by george and eva the
next day via ups overnight. what more can u ask

This question is the biggest trap on the site. If I say yes then 100 people who don't even know me or my abilities will post how it is impossible to juggle both brands. If I answer no than 100 people will post how I have abandoned the brand.
I'll give a bit of history than that's it from me on that topic.
1) I once headed up Track as you know and revitalized Nu-line and worked on balls for Millennium and advised Columbia as well.
2) Am currently in charge and have been since May of AMF and their launches as well as Dynothane and new producs that are private label international balls sold in the same markets as D/T and AMF.
3) Brand separation is strategic implementation. Put together a plan and stick to it.
4) Most of Tracks cores used in recent years were my old ones or cores designed by Mo intially until he split to Brunswick and most recently from the great thinkers in the R&D department. We won't miss a beat, and neither brand will suffer.

Thank you for that straightforward answer, Phil.

The only ones who would doubt your abilities are those not familiar with your history in bowling. Of course, most of us not inside the industry would not have known into which other aspects of the Columbia corporation you were involved, as you just listed.

Brand separation may be a corporate strategy, but the tactics used to insure proper implementation is never a forgone conclusion except when the person in charge is fully capable. AMF's separation from Columbia has been exemplary from my personal point of view, with regard to their ball's design and marketing. Your "hat rack" in your office must be pretty large to hold so many changes.

From the way things appear right now, it doesn't seem like you need many well wishes, but I offer mine in any case.
