Just got a Vendetta Particle Pearl.
« on: May 07, 2005, 12:11:42 PM »
I was at the Junior Masters in Dayton, and my dad saw this ball thinking it was a Vendetta Pearl for 100.00. When I looked at the CG, I pointed out to him its a particle pearl, not reactive pearl. So he said "Fine! I don't want it, you can have it,". Was the 100.00 a good deal. Also, it has a 3-4 inch pin. So say hello to ball number 11 and Dyno number 5. What is the reaction of this ball? Well thank you for reading this post.

I had the particle pearl and it had a great reaction, but the ball to me was very condition specific, it wasn't really a swing type ball, strictly up the boards. On the right lane conditions the ball is a monster, but if it's not the right lane condition the ball will let you know immediately.

Most particle balls are designed to go up the boards  and do not perform well going away from the prockt. They tend to burn up when they cross too many  boards.
