357 or ZR40 with a similar layout?  Depends on whether you want more arc (ZR) or snap (357).

shelley, wouldn't a Vendetta Black Solid drilled 4.5x4 provide a very similar reaction shape as the SZ?

230.......never had a ZR or a 357 but have had Vendetta Black.  IMO Black would roll earlier per coverstock depending on the way it's kept.  Both ZR and 357 longer harder snap OOB.  Same drill same roll.

BTW.....hit a 11 in a row tonite with your old Radar.    And, I'm still a house hack!

Great job, scott!

I may have a few more pieces of equipment on the trading block soon.  There's a T/A, WMB, and a Blue Claw Hammer that might need a new home

I would think that a 44 Magnum would work well...

...it doesn't require as much oil in the heads as the Zr40 and is more controlled than the 357.

Scott, I had a ZR and while I can't compare to the Vendetta, the ZR definitely wasn't a snap OOB. More of an arcing style for me and suprisingly stronger than anticipated.....
Congrats on the 11 in a row!

It must be the drill patterns I chose... Mag w60 deg and ZR w/75 deg... i see the opposite.

Either would work IMHO... just match up the drill and surface to your game and lane environment and well, there you have it!
