One more shout out for the Crisis
« on: April 28, 2004, 12:43:17 AM »
Had a new Crisis drilled up today.  My ring finger was drilled about half way into the pin (pin on the right side) and the CG is under my middle finger in the negative side (about a 2" pin), that makes the layuot something like a 5" X 6-1/2" or so from my PAP.  Surface out of box.

What a great reaction.  Talk about an easy rolling ball!  Clears the heads plenty fine and begins to tilt just as it reaches the backends and just sets... real pretty arc.  I was able to square up nicely.

If you have considered a ball for flaky lanes, this might be the time to look into the Crisis.  I can see this being my "bail-out" ball.  When all else fails, I know exactly what this ball is going to do.

I have a Vendetta Particle Pearl that would look fit this layout perfectly.  Dang it Phil!  Send me some mo'!

BAM'ster,..great minds think alike,...I pulled out the old Crisis last night for league,..I figured I better knock the dust off this one cause it's going on a trip to Reno in May. In a house where I usually have to chase the oil all night I MAYBE moved 2 boards,...728, and flagged a ten pin in there somwhere. Mine is pin over the bridge, cg under the ring just above the midline,no holes...this ball is a great ball. I put a little shiny on mine so I could play straighter with it.
