More shoe sizes/widths?

Right now, from what I can see, the largest shoe size is 13 with a width of D.  Any chance the Dyno shoes (especially The Shuffler) will be offered in size 14 with wider widths (EE or EEE)?

have not heard as of yet, Shuffler was a new intro, generally sales and demand deterime what, how many, and size quanities will be produced for the next year. The "guys" are in Vegas for the Expo, home for a day or two then back to Vegas for the High Roller, so it may be a week or two before I can find out anything. They have a de-briefing upon return, if Phil is around maybe he can pop in and answer, being the holiday I'd be lucky to pin one of them down until the following week.
