Any of you D/T ballers bowling 9/10 Apr? I hope to conquer the fresh pattern for a change... the graph looks like it would be really outside or really deep to me... Am I reading that right?

Have not been this year, the feed back I've gotten from those who have been is you can play just about from anywhere, the outside is definitly there, but a word of caution it will transistion quickly due to the lower volume of oil this year compared to previous years.Most have said after about5-7 frames you'll begin to migrate left (RH) due to the less volume of oil applied. Talk to one guy from GA. he shot high scores using a Desert Heat for 9 games, played outside of 10 going up 5,6,7,8.

I've heard from several groups including players who had the lead in team for a short time. Out was a definite during team. I mean out not 5 or 6 I mean out. During singles and doubles it depends on who is playing before you. Way in works if the group before you opened up the track than you could swing to it. I'm sure there will be a hundred posts telling me a different story but this came from a team that shot 3455. And they are players.

So attack it like a a short oil sport condition outside of five w/speed a la Duke, Barnes and WRW?

I was working on their type of shot for awhile on the 2004 Teen Masters condition which I recall (I recall same basic overlapping top hat and more volume, but don't quote me...)is very similar to this only it was 34 feet long... Marty Bedford and I camped out on 2-3 for about 6 games each until we completely carried it down. I was able to pick up a reactive with 1000 abralon and drilled to flip and throw a nice easy swing no problem.

I kinda psych'd to hear this... Been working hard on multitude of fresh patterns for 5 months learning to tame the over/under. Paid HUGE dividends so far... Took some lessons from Mike Jasnau in Reno and tried to apply them at TEAM USA... Of course that is not the optimal time to dramatically change your swing but I am so much looser the past 2 months. I am definitely more ready this time around.

I'll be down there april 6-7.
I should have some good feedback just before I go(probably april 2-3).
That's when last years team all events guys are bowling.
Usually get a VERY detailed report from them.
