Your title says DRY lanes. If you are talking true dry, then the crisis pearl will be too strong. The barrage would be the best ball choice. If you're talking about light oil, then the Crisis pearl will be fine.

light oil would probly better describe it, sorry for the mis conception but for light oil what kind of top wieght and pin should i get for the crisis pearl, im gonna use the drilling he suggested pin under ring cg neg 1/4

Don't put the pin under on a drilling for dry lanes.  The ball will start up too quickly.  The Barrage is a good choice, as well as the Power Groove Dry/R, Sonic X, and if you can find one the V2 Dry.  Any of these will work, as long as you drill it with the pin up over the fingers.
