All Dyno-Thanes, since the inception of the company around 1994/1995, have the word, "Pro", stamped on them. I suspect you might just have a "blem" Thing.

They are pearls and not the same color as any other of the THING line.

Sure they're 100% pearl? (Thing Returns os 100% pearl)
I only ask because the Thing was 50/50 pearl/solid.
Are they color blems or long or short pin blems?

DT/Phi(newguy) may be the final arbiter on this question.

Re-edit: I see them now:

The are indeed labeled, "PRO THING". Like I said, go to the horse's mouth: DT.

Odd color, looks more like new Vendetta Pearl.
This "pro pin" stuff is a lot of hogwash; just a way to entice people to fork over more money that they might otherwise. For better or worse, they're just long pins.

Go on ebay, and do a search on the Pro Thing bowling ball.  It is a Gray and black ball.  Definetly a pearl.

I'm pretty sure it's an overseas ball.

It should be the exact same ball as a regular Thing.  It looks polished.
