Vendetta Black.  Tony even give the drilling.  I could see someone mistaking it for a Vendetta Particle, but an Element?  The black Vendetta has orange lettering, but otherwise they are not similar looking at all.

The Element is an Emerald green solid with Orange pearl combination, like the Thing. If it were polished, you could see the orange pearl shine as well as the bright green.
