Thanks for going the extra mile! I ordered a ZR40 but I had to leave for Nationals before the next batch was ready for shipment. Called Billy and he hooked me up by having one sent to the Booth on site. When I got to the booth they said they hadn't received it. Came back the next day and still no ball, or so they said. Called Billy and he tracked it to the person and time they signed for it. Another look around the booth and there it was sitting on the shelf with my name on the box just screaming to be drilled. Can't say enough about the outstanding customer service I have received from Billy and Kendra every time I've called. Thanks for everything you've done, keep up the great work! I appreciate all your efforts.
