No more than 5 minutes ago I placed the announcement in the Newsflash area.  It randomly rotates the article in the section.  So if you clicked Refresh a couple times, you would see the newsflash and a link to the page.

I guess for 15 bucks I could order one. I really don't like wearing rings so I will order one of these to put with the other mementos I have earned.
