Gee, it took four resurfacings and 800 or so games before mine had to be retired.  He probably didn't clean his balls after every use.

Most people got tired of the color before the ball died. An agressive resurfacing and a factory finish may bring it back to like new. It's always worth a try. relatively speak how did it stand up to other companies reactive resin balls.
