Help me pick a DT ball?
« on: January 20, 2006, 01:32:16 PM »
I'm getting a new ball for my Birthday this weekend, and I'm considering getting a Dynothane (my first!). I'm a stroker with medium speed and I like to play up the ten board, but can adjust when necessary. I'd like it to fit between my V2 Power and Uturn Pearl. I'd also like it to be capable of handling carry down, as I usually start with the V2 Power and need something for when the shot starts to break down. I'd actually like something that will just get down the lane further than the V2 Power with a strong move. I've tried a Smokin Inferno thinking it would be just the ticket, but I can hardly get it to wrinkle on anything heavier than light-medium.  Any ideas?

I think I am going to go with the Vendetta line.  For price reasons as well as they seem like they will fit better.  I'm still debating between the Black and the Sniper.  Like I said, the ideal situation would be to find a ball that I can use for the whole set.  Thoughts on the Black vs. the Sniper??

From everything I've heard the Black is one of the best overall balls maded with the adjustability of the surface to match any lane condition.

Kinda depends on whether or not you want to go particle i'd say.

But I certainly prefer the look of the sniper!

Well then go for the Sniper by all means!
