Shoe Replacement Parts

Why is it so tough to get the red colored sole replacement cleats?????  I e-mailed the factory with no reply.  We have had them on order for 3 months & no luck.

Roos do not come with a red heel or sole, that would be Dexter, wrong forum. Rolls eyes,

he's talking about the orange slide cleats (discs), that go in the holey-sole, contact Dynothane using the contact info on the web site for info..www.dynothane.com

Tried that 2 times with no reply.  They used to have a phone number on there old site but not the new one. By far the best shoes made but if one can not get repairs what's the use??????
