Have you tried to change the angle of the ball going into the pocket by moving to the right or move back 2inches. Or do combination of both.
I hate ten pins but love the game of bowling with just the right ball to take them out.

Try playing a tighter line, move your target on the lane, left a board or two.  Sounds like you need to bring the ball in higher flush.  I like to move half a step forward when i'm ringing tens, it helps me get higher flush.  Everyone has their own opinions though. Try it and see if it helps.

My perspective on this is a little different, as you can tell by my signature.

Most tenpins, whether ringing or weak, are caused by overdeflection of the ball as it goes through the deck.  Usually, though not always, this is caused by the ball not transitioning from hook to roll.  The ball actually has to stop hooking a couple of revolutions before it hits the pins so that the core is rolling on it's side and as much energy is exerted as possible.

My suggestion is to move outside, not inside.  Find a line that will allow you to hook-stop the ball.  If you're not comfortable with this, adjust off of it.

Toadbam,
Although I am not an expert by any means,if the ball stops hooking, isn't this called "rolling out" which results in half tens??
I also thought that ringing tens were caused by coming in behind the head pin at too steep of an angle, causing the 3 pin to hit the left side of the 6 pin thereby causing the 6 pin to wrap around the 10 pin.
If I am wrong please correct me so that I can learn the right answer and increase my knowledge of this game we enjoy.
 Thanks again...........

You definitely can leave tenpins coming in behind the headpin, and by having the ball roll-out.  What happens to the ball ideally is that it skids, hooks, hooks-out, rolls, and then rolls out.  During the hook phase, there is still a little skid going on, otherwise the ball couldn't continue spinning in one direction and translating in a different one.  You want ALL this skid to stop before the ball gets to the pocket.

If you have a copy of, "The See It, Feel It, Do It System," by Mo Pinel, there's a great description of this, better than one I can give.  I believe Bill Taylor has written about it in BTM also.

toadbam;
I wouldn't want my ball to roll out,  if you have this happening your not throwing correctly.  Sooner or later you'll end up getting some weird leaves by doing this. If the ball is rolled out there isn't enough stored energy to carry through the rack properly. If by chance you can do this repeatedly hitting a 1 board area then you might have a chance.
My prefered method to not leaving ten pins is to make my ball hit a half board higher in the pocket. For me that's half a board right, or half a step closer on the the approach. Or both.
Weak or flat tens for me means I didn't hit up on the ball enough, or lack of hand or follow through.  Good luck with the corner pin.

Whenever I'm leaving ten pins it's either coming in high or light. You can usually  tell and on occasion there is the solid ten there staring ya down. Moving either a board or two left or right depeding on where your ball is coming in should do the trick or altering your hand position also should do it, for me at least. If the ball is coming in too light turn your thumb so it is near 12 o'clock or coming in too high move it towards 3 o clock. Hope it helps, does for me.

Everyone has stated good reasons on why we leave ten pins.  If the angle is correct into the pocket and the ball deflects it is because the ball has lost energy into the pocket.  Cris Barnes is notorious for this.  When you watch him on TV you will see him hit the pocket and the ball continue to drive through the pins.  As the match goes on he hits the pocket but then the ball begins to lose energy and the ball deflects toward the 9 pin.  This results in the weak ten.  The ball burns too much energy early and even though the ball is rolling it is DOA.  Playing in more oil or chasing the oil line is what helps this but is often times very difficult to learn.

Other case scenario is when the ball is not coming in at the right entry angle often time catching the 3 pin too full.  When this happens moving to hit high flush will help but not always.

There are too many reasons why we leave ten pins and without examining your game and watching the ball enter and drive the pocket it is very difficult to tell you which is the correct way to fix the problem

you must sacrifice a virgin chicken (not a regular one) before you do the 'no ten tap' dance.
