I was thinking abut picking one of these up as the specs look good to me and was curious how people that have one like it..
It appears to be able to handle quite a bit of oil..
Any and all opinions would be appreciated..

One day when I grow up I hope to be able to throw the ball AND carry as good as g_thing!!

"JK",
That core reminds me alot of the core in the LEGENDS NS, NS2 and Black Pearl (and I LOVE their core); based upon that fact, and the reviews of the other roomies on the "VS", I'd say go for it.

Man, I LOVE this game; and I love it even more now that I'm using LEGENDS/LaneMasters equipment !!!

All the Vendettas are good. The best is the Black Solid though.

the ball reads very well if you looking for a big "hooker" keep looking but if your looking for a ball that will give you a constant lane then the sniper's what you want

I've got one.
Pretty good ball.
I'm a fan of that weight block.
With some polish this ball gets thru the front fairly clean with good backend movement.
I've got a lot of games on this ball and the coverstock has held up quite well.

If it doesn't have DT or RG stamped on it.
Just leave it in the bag.

I actually had one and wish I had never sold it. I was hurting for money at one point and let it go for like 50 bucks. I thought it was a good, smooth reacting piece, and I wish I still had it available.

If you aren't watching 'The Wire,' the government should be forced to come to your house and repossess your television. END OF STORY!
Mr. Lebowski, this is Bill Salnicker with the Southern Cal Bowling League, and I just got a, an informal report, that a member of your team, uh, Walter Sobchak, drew a firearm during league play. If this is true of course, it contravenes a number of the league's by-laws, and article 27 of the league...
BOB: Did you see the way she was lookin' at me?
DOUG: Yeah, because she thought you were some kind of freak!

If you would like a NIB 15 lb one, I have one and will ship to the 48 states for $75. (3-3.5" pin)

I would not say it is a great ball for heavy oil.
I have it drilled 4 x 4 with 2000 smooth finish and for me it is very effective on over/under ..... very smooth in the backend, doesn't snap if you pitch it out while it won't skid 60 feet if you hit the oil. Nothing snappy about it.
If you are looking for something to handle more oil, try the Threshold or the new Element.
