what about .....?
« on: June 10, 2003, 06:14:16 PM »
new guy,

Dynothane has now got a fantastic line of resin balls,
especially with the latest addition - Vedetta Black
Solid. Since your arrival there has only been one
particle ball launched, the Vedetta Particle. Anymore
planned in the foreseeable future?

Your Soaker resin coverstock has been a great sucess....
Element, The Thing. What about a 'Soaker Particle'?

I love that concept Phil!  It seems that with the amount of balls that the other brands put out it get somewhat confusing for everyone to build a complete arsenal without having too much overlap.  It can be done...but the customer and driller really need to be aware of the differences in equipment.  Sometimes these differences are just too subtle.

New Guy, I truly like your honesty.  I believe I owned one
of the original Dynothane's , the blue , I believe F/X ball
I recently purchased the THING, and have fell in love with it
to the point where I forget to put it away.  What
ball do you recommend as a nice alternate on drier conditions.
I have fairly high revs and usually play from 4th arrow out.

The good and bad news about being on staff with Dyno-thane is that I get to hear all the praises and complaints from bowlers with the equipment.  Fortunately, I'm hearing tons of good stuff from owners of the Thing.  I already know Phil is so pleased with this ball that he's working on completely the Thing series with a "go-longer" and a "hook-harder" version.  The bowers I talk to about this always get excited.

When a bowler finds a ball that gives them a good read on the lanes and hits as well as the Thing does, I don't have to suggest to them to buy a followup ball.  They just know they will.  It gives me confidence in this company when the balls sell themselves.

Thank you new guy, bamaster.

With your 3x4 formula, does it mean that I could set myself up
with a set of Dynothane balls with each one drill exactly the
same, say 4x4 or full leverage and able to achieve different
ball reactions? and not worry about pick a wrong layout for a
particular ball.

Can't wait to get my hands on your new particle ball. Be it a
high/med/light load one. I'm sure it'll be brilliant!
