I'd like to have a Black Vendetta, with a Thing Returns weight block.

Personally I'd just love to see the The Thing Returns Again.  I am bummed that it was discontinued.  I've had more success with that ball, then any of the other 60 or so balls that I have owned.

I continue to buy Dynothane equipment, but other than the Thing Returns, none of them have matched up well for me in my area.

I like your ideas JTL_Husker.  I'd also like to see the XTC on the CM core.  Maybe the Pure Energy cover on the CM core as well.  I'm thinking maybe Red and Black pearl for the XTC cover.

Like dr3w, I'd just love to see the thing returns again.  Shot my high series with that ball.  And for some inexplicable reason, I sold it.  I still have no idea what I was thinking when I did that....

Thing returns would definately be good to bring back.  Kind of wonder whether there is a replacement in the future under a different name.  Maybe not same core and cover but one with a similar reaction.  I'm a lucky one, I've got a NIB 15lb Thing Returns sitting here waiting to be drilled.  Could just go buy you a track heat.:-p  Looks AWFUL similar.

Andy, oh how sweet was that ball?!? I bought it from you and absolutly loved it. It went 45-50ft and made a instant left turn. It was the perfect ball for playing up the boards. LONG AND STRONG!! and just like you...my dumbass had to sell it. What was I thinking?

These two are very intriguing to me... but wouldn't the core have to be tweaked to make the pearl go longer than the length the cover alone would provide? I have polished my current CM to 2000 w/abralon and got like 5 more feet of length easily. We all know D/T won't purposely overlap balls.

You do have a point there.  Didnt think about the overlap, was just going with ideas.  Considering the research that went into the core of the CM, hard to imagine they could come up with any tweaking to make it better.

I think a ball like the TR (long / strong) is missing in their current line-up.  True the Au79 is strong, but it doesn't get the same kind of length that the TR did.

To be honest a ball like their old XXtra Swirl would be perfect in my eyes...can't say enough good things about that ball.

I agree Goof, TR is my fav ball due to the length and recovery.
Maybe the D/T "Guys" have seen this too, and will pull a newbie out of the hat for us. I'd like to see something in deep purple with a shiney finish, something to mock the Track Threat, I sold a ton of those just on the balls looks.

I have my opinion, now I want yours. Do the Thing Returns and the Zr40 overlap much?
Wish I could tell you as I never got the chance to throw the TR...

...but based on what I've seen of other people throwing the TR and my own experience with the Zr40 I could see where there might be some, but the TR was still really strong on the turn.
