Title: Which one next

I recently picked up a used Thing.  Ball is super, even makes me look like a good bowler.  

Since I'll be out of actin at least another month, might as well start putting together a DT arsenal for next years league.

Since the Thing can handle the heaviest oil I run into, what do you guys recommend for a step down.  Looking for something for the 3rd game, drying heads, some carrydown.

I'm sure this question has been asked before but will the Thing react more like a solid or a pearl given its blended coverstock?

If you need a ball to get through drying heads, but still be strong on the backend, I'd go with the Thing Returns.  Awesome ball!
