For those old enough to remember the original V2 on the conditions of the day - this that ball. Predictable, versatile for both conditions and bowlers. Strong, one of the stronger midlane reads of the new Bruns/EBI offerings, more backend than Gamebreakers, better on slicker conditions that the V2 reissue - another favorite. Compared to the updated Trimax, this will handle more volume/length than the V2. Same shape, stronger backend. Whereas I see the V2 reissue to be a house shot killer, it sometimes stuggles on longer/thicker shots - that is the sweetspot of the Omni. Mine is laid out 4.5 x 4. Roughly 65 degree drill angle. This is my most versatile layout, and the one I use to compare balls/layouts with.
Do not overlook this ball - it will surprise you...It did for me.
