I have had the opportunity to throw 2 of these balls.  I used my 2 favorite layouts (ping to axis) that give me a different reaction but both have AWESOME hitting power:

5in Pin (Pin directly above bridge above fingers) - Box Surface
This ball allows me to stay straighter through the fronts longer than other players using "bigger balls".  The best part about it is the ability to NOT lose hitting power.  You don't see this ball burning up once it gets to the pins.  I have had really good success in longer format tournaments and lanes that have had more play than others.

4in Pin (Below my ring w/hole) - Wet 1000 Abralon Lightly applied
This is the first ball out of my bag.  It gives me a great read as to where the friction is on the lane.  I am able to get inside sooner than most others.  I feel I can get this one back from anywhere!  It gets started in the perfect spot on the lane and just like the other one - it goes through the pins REALLY well!

This ball is REALLY good.  If you are looking for a strong rolling ball that has some of the best hitting power that I have seen, this is your choice!  I highly recommend it!

Got this ball kind of unsure as to what to do with it, or how strong it was for that matter.

After discussing it, I settled on a 4 1/4" pin to pap, 4 1/4" pin to cg, with a p3 hole.
I was after a smooth, benchmark type reaction and thats pretty much what I got as in most cases it's become the first ball out of my bag.

In terms of strength, compared to my Mission X, the Endure is a good arrow weaker, and a tad less backend. Think a middle of the road type reaction here. Definitely above my Cyclone, with the Endure stronger overall as well as earlier than the Cyclone.

Where this ball shines for me is controlling the breakpoint. When the lanes get choppy, this is the ball that gets me to the pocket consistently.

The Traxion Reactive Hybrid cover gives you the best of both worlds, if you need traction lower the grit and it can cover some boards, need length? Simply up the grit and polish and its a go long type reaction.

Overall this is an overlooked piece, as other newer stuff has already be pushed out, but dont sleep on the Endure-it's a great ball that rolls consistently on a wide range of patterns.

The Endure is a great benchmark type of ball from Ebonite. My ball is drilled 50*4"*60 p3 hole ( very small 5/8 bit 2 3/4" deep) i get a great midlane pick up. STRONG continuation!!! The hybrid coverstock was surprisingly strong. I'm very pleased with the roll of this piece. I've used this ball on the fresh and breakdown with great results. The V5 core is phenomenal!!! This ball can conquer many different lane conditions. The strengths of this ball are it's strong continuation through the pin deck and it's versatility. Shot a 300 with it in my first practice session. Great job Ebonite!!!

The Endure gets through the heads really clean and has lots of power on the back-end. I particularly use this ball when the lanes begin to transition or if they are dry from the start. This ball allows me versatility on many different conditions.

My Endure is drilled with the pin to the right side of my ring finger and the CG is to towards the middle of my grip, but not directly in the center. The Endure fits in between my Persevere and my Cyclone.

I have recently joined the Ebonite this year and so far thoroughly impressed by the equipment that does not get the exposure that others do.  This particular piece is great for me because of the predictability that it given at the end of the pattern.  The 3000-sanded cover gives great traction through oil in the front; surprisingly this ball does not lose its energy down the lane.  I have had in the past many cover and core combinations “burn up and die”  with this grit applied to the surface and use to seeing the ball “roll out”  before hitting the pins.  The Endure gives me the ability to move in to create more angles to the pocket and not lose the continuous motion down lane.
When polished, I did not have to move in so quickly, as when the ball was dullish.  Since the lane conditions are closer to medium ALL the time in Houston, the polish really allows me to stay in the track area longer before having to make big moves left.  I love to compliment this ball with the Pivot when the Pivot is too clean through the front and angular down the lane, the Endure tends to pick up in the mid-lane a little better.   With the motion of this particular piece, it has quickly gained a place as “one of my favorite” balls right now; willing to go out on a limb to say that this is the only ball close to a V2 in the Ebonite arsenal.  This concludes another review, I am Derrick “ToolBox” Woods, catch you later on the lanes!!!

COMMENTS
I must say that I wasn't planning on buying this ball, but I drilled one for a friend and really love the reaction I saw. Buddies had these on close out for $69 free shipping and I decided to buy one. I did a pin above ring, cg kicked out with a P3 weight hole. The ball rolls awesome and very predictable reaction. Clean thru the heads with a strong roll in the mids and strong break point arc. This was a great buy for the money and would have been a great decision at a higher price.

Likes: I really like everything about this ball

Dislikes: Didn't drill one sooner and now they're discontinued.
