Agree with tbpro675. I've thrown this on a 40' THS on somewhat low-friction lanes. The Omni Hybrid is great on the fresh and after a defined breakpoint has been created, as it does a great job kicking out corner pins on some questionable pocket hits when used in those conditions. It's a good ball for dealing with over/under conditions where you can just bounce it off the dry since it's very continuous and won't over-react off the dry. However, it's not so great in transition or if the lanes are a little trashed. Since it's a little oil-allergic, it gets squirrely if the pattern isn't well-defined. You might not lose the pocket completely, but it can be difficult to control entry angle so carry can get very weird. This might be different on wood/high-friction or with some surface on the ball. I've thrown the Omni Hybrid at 4000, but it didn't really solve the issue. A little more surface might do the trick, though I can't say that for sure. Overall, it feels like a ball that can be fantastic on the right conditions, but very sensitive to what's going on with the oil.
