The Tidal Wave Wipeout Sparkle is a two-color pearl using the new Super Track Plus reactive veneer with PET particles for stronger tread action. The Sparkle uses the same BOMB core as the popular original Wipeout and provides a stronger backend hook potential. The specifications of the Tidal Wave Wipeout Sparkle are as follows: Factory Finish: Factory polished pearlized Super Track Plus with PET particles; Color: Two-tone – Navy & Green; RG Rating: scale 1 to 10 (center to cover heavy) 3.4; Differential: scale 1 to 10 (low to high): 6.33; Mass Bias (BOMB): .008; Flare Potential: high; Length: scale 1 to 10 (early to late) with factory finish: 6.1; Backend: scale 1 to 10 (least to most): 11; Hook Style: Medium length with strong backend; Best Lane Condition: medium oil with carry down; Overall Hook: scale 1 to 23 (least to most) dull/shiny: 20.5 dull/13 shiny.

Hey, this ball is the bomb! Have mine drilled axis lev, ball was a 1-1/2" pinout so i put the pin 1-1/2"inside my axis point, with a weight hole 1-1/2inches on the other side of my axis point!wow what a strong backend ball! With this layout you can get deep inside and let that ball run! have fun!      Tony

Drilled one of these up when my trusty Red Pearl Wolf started to die.  Simple drilling, 11.00pin just above the fingers (I know, that's given it away, I'm a lefty) with 3/8oz finger weight and 3/4oz positive side weight.  On the "Guardian" lane surface (stop wincing), it clears the heads beautifully and gives a partially rev challenged hand like mine a controllable backend reaction and is certainly easier to control than its dull black older brother.  It is however a little too violent on brand new backends for my liking as it tends to leave a lot of cold 8's and 9's.
