i'll be the first one to put a review on this ball. this was my first ball when i started bowling like 3 months ago. i'm not the greatest bowler in the world but only playin for 3 months i'm pretty good my average right now is 160 with this ball and my savage sanded. this ball i got is finger tipped. i stand on 25 and aim for 15. this ball has good back end and clears the head pin fairly well. this is a good hook ball if your just a beginner like me. i recommend this ball for beginners. with this ball you don't have to throw the ball real hard all you have to do is throw it normally and let the ball do what it does best and find the pocket.

This ball has made bowling more fun, and has made the game much simpler
It finds the pocket, and hits hard like the balls name.  I had a 146 avg, now it is 195.  Thanks Ebonite

This ball is definitely a good ball for the beginning to mid level experience bowler.  I average around 205, and bought this ball because I never had owned a particle ball before, and wanted to see how it would do.
Perhaps it's just the TPS coverstock that is to blame, or the nature of particle in general, but after 15 games this ball had lost its hook.
Don't get me wrong, it hits like an absolute ton of bricks, but it loses its hook very quick when you play an out and back line that goes through oil.
Not a bad ball though.

I had this ball for a few weeks and it has done wonders for my game.
My average was 166 now it is 171 in a coarse of only 3 weeks.  This is my first particle ball and I really like it, especially the back end hook something I was not getting from my blue rinho since the house put in synthetic  lanes over the summer.
When I bowl on Monday nights they dress the lanes an hour or so before we start to bowl, but the lanes only end up having light oil on them anyway or the are dry, so if I stand by the ten board and throw it out to the four or five board it comes back nicely and if I don't get a strike I usually end up with a really good pin count.
