The span is about 4 1/2 and ball is in good condition. The thumb has been plugged and redrilled. There is one scratch up and to the left of the thumb hole but other then that the ball is in great shape. With the layout for me this ball went long and had a sharp break point. This ball works well with carry down also and very strong for a pearl.
