I currently use a 16 lb. Assassin drilled pin right of ring cg stacked, but after about 4 frames, the lanes dry up so much I can't even hit the head pin brooklyn. That is when I switch to my trusty Xxcel. I can always trust it to flare out, and have a wicked backend move. Last night, I was shocked, when I began going brooklyn with the Xxcel. I was thinking about getting a new ball, but now I'm reconsidering. I have 2 Xxcels, and 2 Assassins. I was wondering if dropping one of the doubles in the ball polisher machine, would be an adequate solution to getting just a little more length than the Xxcel in OOB condition.
