HI! I've been throwing the one recently and i love it... unfortunately on the lanes i bowl for money on.. the oil breaks down real bad so towards the end of the night its hard for me to stay in the pocket.. whats a good ball to fit right under neath The One? thanks!

thanks guys.. how aggressive is that ball? i have a pretty high ball speed, and like to play the inside angles
-
My overtime works very well underneath my One.Its polished with the pin 5 1/2 from axis with the cg kicked right with a hole. This ball is very underated.
-
about the Overtime, im getting mixed reviews from it.. some people say its weaker than the one, and some people say its stronger.. so which is it? im interested in giving this ball a try..
-
overtime= the one with a weaker core. it has been reported that the overtime has the one's cover.

so do you think the overtime would be too strong for the medium to light oil that im going to use it on?

Overtime has a very big back end...awesome ball has hook shape of ONE but goes longer first if polished.
Last night in our league rolloffs we had one of our guys with the bighands shoot 810 accross 3 different pairs with the Crossfire. He loves.
Very impressive. 278....22X or so and 299 ringing 10!
He is a big hands big time bowler. I'm not sure I could get the Crossfire to carry myself(rounded hook shape).

Blue Ice seems to have a little more crack at back for the medium handed guys!

I'd recommend the Crossfire. It's a very controllable ball, at a nice price, looks good, and most of all it hits a ton. It's a vastly underrated bowling ball. Let me put it this way, I just bought one to fit exactly in the space you want, based upon recommendations from friends and observation of others using that ball.

crossfire definitely like paul said... pin under ring stacked or even under bridge stacked or with the cg kicked one inch and try to get the thumb weight taken completely out to either give it finger or no static weight wut so ever with around 3/4 side weight... ball is a truck on the back end and would be perfect in my mind... my crossfire is a great compliment in my lineup and works as my benchmark ball

the big time pearl is also a good ball...very good for most mediums and i use it under my ONE...
-
Overtime has the cover of the XXXcel, not the one, and it actually is about 1-3 boards weaker than the one, but to me mine is much stronger and it crosses more boards than my one. It all depends on who's using it.

i like my tornado for the drier shots ball carries well and is pretty predictable as long as there is very little oil
