What does this ball react like?

I have one here that I am going to drill for a Medium Speed stroker, maybe in the 250 RPM region.  He bowls on a medium oil shot, 4:1 ratio, and is a lefty.

He is currently throwing a Roto Grip Rush and a very old ball, I think an AMF Ultra C or something.

I'm wondering will this give him a stronger finish than the others, and better back end..?

The stats make it look quite good, however the limited reviews I have read make it sound very weak.  Any advice appreciated.
