My mom throws a 11# about 10-12 mph and hardly a rev to be seen, but on our conditions it still goes brooklyn most of the time.

I've seen a cranker throw this ball on our heavy oil conditions.  Since he able to get a lot of hand on the ball (since he throws it thumbless), he can get it down the lane and have it turn violently into the pocket.

Personally, I would get the Elements Ice.  It's a really underated ball. It's versatile and can turn the corner better than the fire.

the ice has looked a lot better in my teammate's hands than the fire..the factory polish made it afraid to carry, took the polish off it and now it just sits in his garage.
