Do the specs allow for you to drill it the way you want? The specs don't define whether a ball is good or not. Extremely high top weights cause problems when the pin or cg are pretty far off of your grip center. Extremely long pin distances can limit your ability to drill a ball pin down and extremely short pin distances can limit your ability to drill a ball pin up. In general having fairly average specs, such as yours just allows for a larger range of drilling options, which is why they are "good" specs. Although having a 3-4 in pin could limit your ability to drill the ball too much pin down if the pin is on the 4 inch side of 3-4.
