what should I expect from an XCel?
« on: February 17, 2009, 04:18:15 AM »
I got a used XCel sitting in my closest that I'm thinking about drilling up. I was wondering what types of conditions it would be good for? I currently use a Sauce for heavy oil, BWP for lighter then heavy and SR300 for when they get fried. i was thinking the XCel would take the place of the SR300? Or would it be less agressive then the SR300. If it's pretty close to my SR300 I'm not gonna waste the time and $$ on it

I tried to find the specs on it from Ebonite's site and I couldn't find anything on it.

Thanks

**forgot to put, this is not the newer pearl but the older XCel**

The regular xcel was a strong was a particle ball, so there won't be any chance of you replacing your SR with it on the burn.  It would be better for heavy oil but is a very smooth rolling ball.
