Black Bash Pearl
« on: December 28, 2008, 12:47:20 AM »
Why is only the bash solid listed in the reviews, the bash pearl has differnt core and cover. I bought one in November had it drilled by Aleta Sill. it's a great ball on dry lanes.  anyone know why its not reviewed. The bash is my benchmark ball now, if I need more pop I go to my boost. i never throw the twisted i don't like it , i want to trade the twisted.

ok , my mistake, but both bash's have different cores so why isn't the black and red up for review?

Link that says the Clash's are pearls?

Ebonites website does not mention it either way on the Clash's or Bash's. (Aside from the Pearl in both of the Bash's names, which I'm assuming is just the color)

Actually Ebonite does make a pearl Bash.
http://ebonite.com/products/product_detail/bash_purple_yellow_silver_pearl

I have it and I use it during the late 4 man league which follows a 5 man league. Lanes are usually dry heads and midlane with spotty oil carry down. Using the pearl Bash I can play the track area. Ball gets down the lane easy enough and still has enough energy to make the turn in the backend.

I was previously using a Razyr but the house added a little more oil in the middle so we see carry down in front of the pocket. The Razyr was deflecting.

the black and red bash has a different core, the purple, yellowand silver has THE ICE CORE, equaling more backend. the black and red has the MODIFIED ASYMETRIC CORE, that gives a smoother Transition. i got this right off the ebonite site and if you watch the picture of the ball it changes and shows the core.
