Big One losing steam
« on: March 16, 2007, 01:09:57 PM »
After cleaning after every set, hot water bath every 50 games, my Big One is starting to loss it's steam on med-heavy conditions with 150 games on it. If I polished it, would it become a med-dry ball, and replace it with the IO for the heavier stuff. Or should I just trade it in for the IO. My med-dry ball right now is an old polished R2. Just want to know if polishing this ball at this point is worth the effort.

Take it to your pro shop and have them take it down to 500 and brought back to OOB condition.  Then do the hook again treatment.
