What is closest to a Blue Ice from Ebonite??? Can't seem to find one from our distributors anymore since they are discontinued. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Who needs a 300 or 800, when I have a 294 and a 295!?!?!

The Bash uses the same core as the Blue Ice and the same coverstock as the Smash Time Pearl, No Limit, and Whirlwind. So if those were any indication the Bash should be very clean through the fronts and very strong on the back. Maybe could handle a touch more oil than the Ice could.

You can still get the Black Ice from BowlingBallMall.com

the bash would be closest, i would place the pin an in. further from your pap than your blue ice due to the stronger cover.

The bash is a great ball, very smooth and controllable. Even though the bash has a stronger cover then the blue ice which I also had and loved I found the blue ice to roll a bit earlier then my bash but then again they are not set up the same. backswing_aplenty there is one thing that I would like to correct you on in what you said. THe cover of the bash is not what you said the cover is bang xl which was on the cross fire and the cover that you said is what is on the clash which also has the core of the cross fire. The clash is another great ball as well. The bash would be your best bet but then again depending on what weight you are looking for there are still a few of them around. Hope it helps.
