I'm thinking of buying a Prime Time Sanded and was wondering if anyone has had any cracking issues w/ the Ebonite coverstocks.

Some people think Ebonite's covers aren't very durable, but I've never heard of cracking problems.

Prime Time Sanded is a solid ball.

I've had an Apex Aggression for almost 3 years with no problems...it's got about 450 games on it. I wipe it off after every shot and use cleaner after every set.

Strider: LOL! I actually had a bride crack on an Apex Intensity. The ball was only a few months old. To Ebonite's credit, they replaced the ball with no hassle -- I had the new one in just a few days.
That new one is now a few years old and still going strong. Stuff happens regardless of manufacturer. What's important is that it gets fixed quickly.

My wife has a PT Sanded, never had any problems with hers. I did clean it with my Simple Green mixture, as I do all our new balls, but I doubt if that had any real effect.
my 2 cents are up.
