first of all what drill do you have on this ball what type of condition were you throwing it one you cant just say this ball isnt hooking.  i noticed when i threw mine for the first few balls and it wasnt hooking like i thought it would, but i was also not really putting much hand in it and wasnt really swinging it out a lot.  well for some reason i just decided to move farther left and swing the ball more and then it just came screaming back.  i dont know if that will help you but just my experiance with the ball.  with this ball it seems for me atleast the farther i set it out the more it hooks.  i hope you get yours figured out.

Ben knock off the factory surface with 1000 and then repolish the ball with your favorite ball polish, i used columbia 1200 polish on mine. Used the ball last night again for nice 233,216 start to my night in factory surface the ball was erratic if you are in a lower friction enviroment. Not everyone is going to match up well with 4000 and polish, the ball was about to be sold until i changed it. Since the change last week every game is over 210, i made a bad ball change yesterday to blow off a nice night finished with 624.

Have drilling 3 on the ball. Tried swinging it and reacted late . Just wanted to know if coverstock needed to track for a few games before it pickup more hook . I  can use the ball going down and in , but  didn't buy it for that.Shot 270 on fresh medium oil shot. Can rev it up more if needed and speed not an issue as I can go slow for the swing shoot or faster for down and in. Gonna change coverstock down to 500 and then a 1000 with polish figured better having polish on the ball because it appears to react better when it hits the dry when it is polished gonna use the factory powerhouse polish . All suggestions wanted and taken into consideration Ben

Since you are gonna swing it in a heavy oil condition then don't put any polish on it at first. Also, try it at 1000g first without any shine to it and then if it still starts to come in late then try it at 500g

But I think the 1000g should be effective for you

All you need to do is break the hard gloss with 4000 grit wetsand. The ball will come to life.

THANKS FOR ALL THE REPLIES. DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT I WAS TOLD TO GIVE THE BALL 20 GAMES TO SEE HOW IT RESPONDS. I KNEW HOW IT WOULD RESPOND AFTER 10 SHOTS. GONNA SEE IF I CAN CHANGE COVERSTOCK BEFORE LEAGUE TODAY.

The answer to the question is quite simply, No or False to be more specific.

Shall I draw a picture next time?
