i mean of this that my sister is a high school bowler and looking for a ball that will roll up earlier and work so i bought her the mission(havent drilled it yet), but her coach used to be on the tour and thinks he knows it all and told me that the mission is not what she need cause it loads up oil to much and wanted me to get a track ball. personally i dont care for track and him either but just wanted to hear what other people think of this!

The Mission is a very good ball, I had one and liked it. I can tell you that I have a Track 715T and LOVE it! Better ball motion(for me)!!

Yes, like most modern reactive balls, the Mission soaks up oil like a sponge. After about 70 games on it, I had mine "baked" by my pro shop in a Revivor oven and it had a lot of oil in it...

Does the Mission soak more oil than the Gamebreaker?
I have a Gamebreaker that has over 150 games on it. I have always wiped it before every shot with a microfiber towel dampened with Valentino's Remedy RX ball cleaner. I used heat this past summer to draw oil out of the ball, and not all of that much oil came out of it. The ball rolls as good today as it did new.
I'm looking at the Mission as possibly my next ball, thus my question wanting to know if it soaks more oil than the Gamebreaker.

Hi Brick,
I am not sure if the Mission soaks up more oil than the Gamebreaker or not, as I do not have a Gamebreaker. I wipe my balls off after every shot too, but oil can still soak into the cover. I am not sure about you, but if I throw a strike, I do not go back up to the ball return and wipe the ball off and most times the rings of oil have disappeared when I get ready to throw the ball again.
Most of the balls that I have do soak up oil and I have them baked every 50-100 games just to keep the reaction good. When the cover gets oil soaked, the ball does not react as well.
If your Gamebreaker does not have much oil in it after 150 games, I would guess it does not soak up oil very fast.
